Charlie Tucker

Prior to moving to Boulder 13 years ago, Charlie worked with major advertising agencies in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York, creating and evaluating campaigns.  The skills Charlie used to effectively market consumer products and services for leading corporations will help you sell your home quickly and profitably.   For buyers, the tools he used to determine market opportunities are applied to helping you find the best value for your money.  Charlie has degrees in Journalism/Advertising and Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.

Charlie’s wife, Dorothy, who graduated from USC, now applies her fine arts education to home design.  Dorothy and Charlie have remodeled and built well over 30 homes in Southern California, Greenwich and Boulder.

Roger Walker

Roger, now a seven-year Boulder resident moved from Connecticut where he worked as a senior sales, marketing and events manager in New York City and also created and developed an Internet marketing business model. Roger has been involved in real estate since age 24 when his mother helped him purchase his first home. Charlie was instrumental in getting Roger involved in Boulder real estate helping with his first fix-and-flip project shortly after landing in Boulder.

Roger and wife Katie enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and take advantage of the unique diversity that Boulder has to offer through its restaurants, music, arts and funky culture. Katie is a CU grad and Roger is a graduate of Syracuse University. Roger and Katie are busy raising three boys – Dylan (5) and twins Kyle and Charlie (3). When he has free time Roger can be found fishing the streams of Boulder, skiing and snowboarding in the mountains, or playing softball, golf, paddle tennis or bird watching around town.

As a team, Charlie and Roger provide clients with a highly professional combination of understanding of the Boulder area market and lifestyle. Family Fun Facts
Charlie's grandfather, a Choctaw Indian, was attorney for the Choctaw Nation for many years. His brother, Wallace, is a leading NASA astrophysicist, whose text is used by the CU Astrophysics Department.

Roger's father, Mort Walker is the creator and still draws the long-running comic strip "Beetle Bailey."
